Onboarding is self-paced, but you should aim to complete these four tasks within 30 days for the best experience.

2. Train Your Sales Team ⬅️

  Share the Sales Team Reference Guide with each sales team member (and anyone involved in the customer journey!)

  Get familiar with our customer-facing flyers and print or download them into your sales presentation tool:

  Familiarize yourself and your team with: The Pearl SCORE and Pearl's Products


 

3. Prepare Your Data Set ⬅️

  Review the Data Guide for your type of work

  Identify the first set of customers you would like to issue Pearl reports to and make any necessary communications with those customers (check out our email campaigns in the next section!)

  Submit your first data sheet to Pearl, we need to map your sheet for seamless data transfer going forward
