What happens after I claim a home?

After claiming a home, its profile is updated with the information you provided. The home is then re-modeled and re-scored to reflect the new data.

A “claimed” indicator will also appear on the home in the public Registry, signaling increased confidence in the home’s data and Pearl SCORE.
