Why aren’t all my systems showing on my SCORE Report™?

The SCORE Report™ currently displays one system per category (heating, cooling, heat pumps, water heaters, and appliances). If your home has more than one system of a given type (for example, a gas furnace plus a heat pump that also provides heat) and you've reported it in the Pearl App or Pro App, that data is still being used in our energy modeling and in your SCORE™ calculation. We just don't display the additional systems in the report yet, because multiple-system setups are complex to represent. If you've entered data on more than one system and need it captured in a PDF, put in a request with our support team and we'll generate an alternate report that includes it.
