Introducing Pearl SCORE™

The Pearl SCORE™ is a standardized rating from 1 to 1,000 that evaluates a home across five pillars: Safety, Comfort, Operations, Resilience, and Energy. Every home falls into one of six performance zones: Needs Improvement, Typical, Good, Very Good, Excellent, or Exceptional. Homes scoring 500 or above may qualify for a Pearl Certification (Silver, Gold, or Platinum tier). For buyers, the Pearl SCORE™ provides a clear, structured way to understand any home’s performance before making an offer. For agents, it keeps performance conversations organized and proportional — replacing scattered questions with a shared framework. Pearl, an independent standards and ratings organization, has completed performance profiles for 92+ million single-family homes in the searchable Pearl Home Performance Registry™.
