A Pearl-Recognized Professional is a trained contractor, home service provider, or real estate agent who participates in Pearl’s ecosystem and delivers value using Pearl’s tools—such as the Pearl SCORE™, Certification Reports, Seller's Toolkits, and more.

Pearl-Recognized Professionals are not endorsed by Pearl, but they have completed essential training on how to use Pearl’s tools to serve homeowners and market high-performing homes. They are equipped to document and communicate home performance improvements in ways that increase visibility, transparency, and potential value.

What Does “Pearl-Recognized” Mean?

A professional who is Pearl-Recognized has:

  • Completed training on how to use Pearl’s platform and tools (e.g., the Pearl PRO App)
  • Met minimum onboarding requirements, which vary by profession
  • Been granted access to offer select Pearl products and services to homeowners
  • Deep understanding of the Pearl SCORE™  1 to 1000 rating scale

Pearl-Recognized Professionals may include:

  • Contractors who can issue Pearl Reports after completing home upgrades

Requirements to Become Pearl-Recognized

For Contractors:

  • Must complete formal onboarding
  • Must understand how to properly document work, issue Pearl Reports, and offer the free Pearl app to their customers

For Real Estate Professionals:

  • Must complete training to understand the basics of high-performing home features
  • Must understand how to order and use Pearl's Seller's Toolkit
  • Must demonstrate basic knowledge of how to promote high-performing homes using Pearl’s resources
